New Group Announced: DMT/Somatics for BIPOC Women/Non-Binary Folx




Our VP Shaila Khan announces a new 6-week group for BIPOC womxn/non-binary folx beginning June 20th!


Are you looking for an opportunity to work to express your feelings? Are you looking to change patterns or habits that may be unhelpful? Are you looking for tools that support anxiety and your nervous system? Are you looking for a safer space with other BIPOC folks to feel supported in a community container?

Who should attend?

Individuals who are open to using expressive arts therapy, dance/movement therapy, and somatics as an approach to work on their individual goals in a community container. Does that sound new to you? This session is open to those who identify as women or non-binary. Participants must also identify as part of the BIPOC ( Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) community. What:

A 6-week community healing/processing group for folks who identify as BIPOC women/non-binary. When:
