Justine (she/her) completed her clinical training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, dance/movement therapy (DMT) training through the National Centre for Dance Therapy (NCDT), and is certified in trauma-informed training through the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH).

Her integrative approach combines body-based and cognitive modalities within a relational and trauma-informed framework. Justine is particularly interested in issues related to self-concept, trauma and attachment. She is passionate about the ways in which the nervous system impacts mental health and wellbeing; and as such, continues to engage in professional development related to somatic embodiment and regulation strategies to support her practice.

Justine has served as a Board of Director for DMTAC in the roles of Co-Executive Secretary (2020 - 2021), Membership Chair (2020 - 2023), IDEAS Co-Chair (2020-2021), and Communications Committee member (2020 - 2021). Recently, she supported her other Board, a youth empowerment initiative called Wonderfully Made, in achieving a Youth Innovations Fund (YOF) grant through the Ontario Trillium Fund (OTF), and looks forward to bringing DMT into this space. She is also excited to bring her passion for working with children, movement and play, to her role as a facilitator of movement sessions via the NCDT for Connected North, an organization geared towards fostering student engagement and enhanced education outcomes in remote Indigenous communities.

Justine is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP).
